Minnesota State University Tuition Reduction for New International Students
Minnesota State University (MSU) offers more than 140 bachelor's programs and 80 graduate programs. Each year, the university is selected to host U.S. Government-sponsored students on Fulbright, Muskie, and other scholarships programs. Currently, 600 international students from 72 countries are enrolled at MSU and enjoy a safe and welcoming community.
MSU will offer new international students an in-state resident tuition scholarship that can be renewed each semester. First semester reduced tuition and fee rates are given automatically to new undergraduate F & J international students on a MSU I-20 (DS2019) during their first semester. First semester reduced tuition and fee rates may continue based on meeting and maintaining the Cultural Contribution scholarship requirements of a 2.5 GPA and 25 completed cultural contribution hours.
